Laboratory Management Partners, Inc. was formed in March 2004 for the primary purpose of offering a variety of technical and administrative service to environmental and agricultural laboratories throughout North America. The three principals bring an aggregate of 34 years of business and technical experience to the partnership.

The partnership was spawned by the coming together of two well-established and long-time leaders in their respective environmental and agricultural analytical testing fields. ETC, Inc. founded in 1972 is the oldest full service, exclusively environmental laboratory in the southern United States. A&L Analytical Laboratories, Inc., founded in 1971 has enjoyed an international reputation as a leader in the agricultural field with remote operations in eight (8) states and three (3 ) countries. A&L entered the environmental testing field in the 1980’s.

The partnership became a visionary reality when the three owners of these two organizations realized that when merged, their respective in-house capabilities and expertise lent itself to not only improving their own efficiencies and profits but Information Technology allowed them opportunities to offer their remote management services to Member Laboratories anywhere internet access is available.

The three principals of "Laboratory Management Partners, Inc." offer diverse technical support, Information Technology and laboratory management skills together as a formidable presence in the analytical testing community. Offering this technology and remote management services to environmental and agricultural laboratories, a participating Member Laboratory acquires technical support, state-of-the-art communications upgrading, group purchasing power and managerial capabilities and efficiencies without added in-house staff overhead. The Member Laboratory owners find themselves with improved profits and most importantly time to pursue the life-line of all businesses, attention to existing and new clients.
